Foie Gras Torchon

Foie Gras wrapped in cheese cloth. Traditionally, this cylindrical shaped Foie Gras was rolled in a dish towel, hence the name. Today we use cheese cloth to make the same shape and allow for easy serving. Foie Gras Torchon is kept chilled and best served sliced and spread over a piece of toasted baguette. Sprinkle some sea salt to bring out every ounce of flavor and add some jam or fruit to the snack.
